Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，予期しない妊娠をした女性の孤独・孤立に陥るリスク因子を特定し実践可能なアウトリーチ型支援方法を開発することで，こどもの虐待死といった深刻な社会問題の克服に向けた方策を提供することを目指す。具体的には，アウトリーチ型支援である妊娠SOS相談で蓄積されたデータから予期しない妊娠の背景にあるリスク因子や関連を特定する。その結果を基軸に，妊娠SOS相談員と助産所助産師にインタビューを行い，語りを分析・検証し，予期しない妊娠をした女性の孤独・孤立の脱却へ向けたアウトリーチ型支援方法を開発する。
