Outline of Research at the Start

NICUのEnd-of-Life（EOL）ケアでは、子どもと家族中心のケア（Family-Centered-Care；FCC）が重要である。特にEOLケアにおけるFCC実現のために、家族と医療者があらかじめケアや治療計画について話し合う“Advance Care Planning（ACP）”の実践は重要である。しかし、NICUでの研究例はほとんどなく、支援策は未確立である。そこで本研究では、NICUのEOLケアにおける「家族－医療者協働型ACP支援モデル」を構築することを目指す。これにより家族と医療者、双方の視点から多角的にNICUのACP支援の実践と経験の可視化が可能となる。
