Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、妊娠糖尿病（GDM）既往女性を対象に、低炎症食を取り入れたインターコンセプション・ケアプログラムの有効性を検討するものである。管理栄養士による指導や食事記録・評価、オンライン支援を通じて、GDM再発防止への寄与や食事の自己管理支援効果を明らかにする。加えて、育児ストレスや貧血といった副次的な健康リスクについても調査し、包括的支援のあり方を検討する。DIIスコアによる食事評価を活用する本研究は、新たな食事支援モデルの先駆けとなる可能性がある。
