Outline of Research at the Start	自宅から高齢者施設などへ暮らしの場を移行するとき、認知症のある人々はとくにコントロール感を持ちにくく、転居に伴うリロケーションダメージが助長されやすいと考えられる。そこで筆者は先行研究で、認知症ケア環境評価に関する知見を援用し、暮らしの場の移行期にある認知症のある高齢者のための環境評価ツールを作成した。本研究では、作成したツールの実装に向け、利用可能性を検証し、テスト試用下で実証環境の設計を行う。そして実際の暮らしの場の移行期にある認知症のある高齢者と転居先となる施設にツールを使用してもらい、転居前後の高齢者の変化と転居先の施設環境への影響について特定し、ツールの実用性と有用性を検証する。
