Outline of Research at the Start

地域在住高齢者の孤立と孤独を軽減・予防するには、社会参加を促進し、人々の連帯を育む必要がある。過去の経験や将来の計画を含む個人のストーリーを他者と共有することは、人々の連帯感を高め、日々の活動への参加を促進する可能性がある。そこで本研究では、地域在住高齢者が個人のストーリーを他者と共有する「ストーリーシェアプログラム」を開発する。そしてプログラムが参加者の連帯と日々の活動への参加を促進し、孤独感を軽減するかを検証する。本研究は多様な高齢者や状況に適応可能なアプローチを構築し、誰もが孤独を感じることなく、充実した生活を送ることができる社会の実現に貢献することを目指す。
