Outline of Research at the Start

生活習慣病予防にはセルフケア行動の確立が不可欠であり、ソーシャルサポートが重要な役割を担っているが、壮年期独身男性のソーシャルサポートを活かしたセルフケア行動を促す効果的な支援方法は解明されていない。応募者は、壮年期独身男性についてもセルフケア行動がソーシャルサポートによって促進されることを証明し、産業保健看護職に向けた「壮年期独身男性のソーシャルサポートを活かしたセルフケア行動支援モデル」を開発した。本研究では、その支援モデルを基に具体的支援を明示した支援指針を作成し、壮年期独身男性の保健指導に試用することで、有効性・実用可能性を確認し、支援指針を完成する。
