Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、北海道千歳市在住の60歳以上の方を対象に、やる気の低下（アパシー）とうつの状態が、介護が必要になるリスクに関係するかを郵送により3年間追跡して調べます。生活習慣や人とのつながり、健康の感じ方なども調査し、将来の介護予防に役立てることを目的としています。
