Outline of Research at the Start

非がん患者は、がん患者に比べて在宅看取りや緩和ケアを受けづらいことが指摘されており、非がん患者の在宅エンドオブライフ（以下、EOL）ケアを支える医療介護の発展が望まれる。
本研究では、多職種で支える非がん患者のための在宅EOLケアモデルを構築することを目的とする。まず、医療介護レセプトデータを用いて、在宅EOLケアを受ける患者像や医療介護サービスの特徴を明らかにし、次に、在宅医療従事者に対して、在宅EOLケアの実践に関するインタビュー調査を行う。混合研究法により結果を統合し、非がん患者の在宅EOLケアの実態と課題を明らかにし、患者の特徴に合わせたケアモデルを構築することを目指す。
