Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、住民主体の通いの場に着目し、その運営を担う“住民ボランティア”とその活動を支援する“自治体”の双方の視点から、ボランティア活動の現状と課題の把握を目的とし、「通いの場」の運営を担う住民ボランティアの活動継続を支援するために効果的なプログラムの開発を目指す。このため、３年間の研究計画において、ボランティアと自治体職員を対象として、実態把握と課題抽出のためのインタビュー調査と質問紙調査を行い、活動継続支援プログラムの構築に向けて研究を総括する。
