Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では，地域在住高齢者の日常生活におけるフレイル予防行動の継続を支援することを目的として，①フレイル予防行動の継続に有用な行動変容技法を特定した後，②属性や心理社会的要因に応じ，行動変容技法を用いたテイラー化メッセージを生成するアルゴリズムを作成する。③それらを提供した後に，その効果を適合度とフレイル予防行動継続への影響から判定する。本研究によりフレイル予防行動の継続に有用なメッセージ生成アルゴリズムを作成できれば，地域在住高齢者のフレイル予防の継続を支援することができる。さらに，非専門家でも継続支援を行なえるようになり，広くフレイル予防教室を展開できる可能性がある。
