Outline of Research at the Start

プロソディは、発話におけるリズム、ピッチ、ストレス、イントネーションなどの韻律的特徴を指し、円滑なコミュニケーションにおいて重要な役割を果たす。認知症性疾患では、発語失行や運動障害性構音障害など様々な病態においてプロソディ障害をきたすものの、プロソディ障害に関する評価法は確立されておらず、発現機序も明らかではない。本研究では、プロソディ障害の特徴を客観的に捉える方法を確立すること、発話特徴と神経画像との関連を解析し神経基盤を解明すること、プロソディ障害の特徴に基づいた介入法を考案することを目的とする。
