Outline of Research at the Start	脳卒中患者における体幹機能の低下は呼吸機能に影響し、呼吸器合併症のリスクとなる。本研究では、座位保持困難な患者にも適用可能なTIS（Fujiwara版）や筋NIRS、表面筋電図を用いて、体幹機能・筋疲労・呼吸補助筋の役割を多角的に評価し、呼吸機能との関連性を明らかにする。
