Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、パーキンソン病(PD)患者のADL能力低下を客観的かつ定量的に評価する新手法として、マーカーレスAI動作解析(MAIMC)を用いた3次元骨格データ解析を提案する。従来の主観的評価法に代わり、関節可動域や動作速度の変化を定量化し、重症度や経時的変化、予後予測を可能にする新たな臨床標準の確立を目指す。
