Outline of Research at the Start

多くの神経疾患で、上位運動ニューロン障害により、痙性や深部腱反射亢進等の上位運動ニューロン徴候を来たす。現在、上位運動ニューロン障害の客観的指標は少なく、今後の種々の臨床研究に応用できるような定量マーカーの創出が求められている。本研究では、筋超音波検査による筋弾性評価の手法を確立し、上位運動ニューロン障害を反映した定量マーカーの創出を目標とする。
