Outline of Research at the Start

認知症の予防は、将来的に生じる大きな介護負担を未然に阻止する点でその意義は大きい。本研究では、認知症に先行する軽度認知機能低下に先行して生じる自覚的な物忘れや歩行機能低下（総じてMCRと呼ぶ）に着目し、MCRの病態を生理学的に解明することで、超早期での認知症予防介入法とその対象者のスクリーニング法の確立を目指していく。特に、本研究では従来の動作計測に加えて、脳機能イメージングや脳波などの神経機能指標を併せて計測することで、上記スクリーニング方法の精度・確度を高めていくことが特徴である。
