Outline of Research at the Start

健常者を対象に，新規装具の特徴であるハンモック様弾性部の反発力を計測し，縫合された伸筋腱の安全性を評価する．また，本装具と既存装具装着時のMP関節の動態および伸筋腱の滑走状態を評価し，従来装具に対する機能的優位性を明らかにする．また，ランダム化比較試験を実施し，エビデンスレベルの高い効果検証を行う．これらの研究により，手指伸筋腱断裂修復術後の後療法に使用する新規上肢用装具（特許出願：出願番号，特願2022-100297）の実用化を目指す．
