Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題ではまず日本語版CRIqの作成に取り掛かる。第一に、3人の日本語母語話者で、CRIqの原文を英語から日本語に翻訳する。第二に、議論により改訂した日本語版を、CRIqの原文を知らない日本語が堪能な英語のネイティブスピーカーにより日本語から英語に逆翻訳を行う。第三に、原文のCRIqの開発者Mondini教授に原文と逆翻訳版の同等性評価を依頼する。最終版の日本語版CRIqを作成する。作成した日本語版CRIqを使用して地域在住高齢者300名を対象に大脳体積と認知機能との関係を日本語版CRIqが緩和するかを明らかにすることで日本語版CRIqが認知予備能の指標としての妥当性を明らかにする。
