Outline of Research at the Start

原発性進行性失語 (PPA) の言語症状の評価には従来の失語症検査が用いられているが、発症初期は軽症のため、症状が捉えにくいという問題がある。この問題を解決するためには、より鋭敏な言語検査課題が必要になると考えられる。本研究の目的は、PPA症例に対して、われわれが作成した同音擬似語を含む漢字の音読・語彙性判断課題を実施し、言語検査としての有用性を検討することである。本課題をPPAが疑われる症例に適用し、従来の失語症検査と比較することで、診断評価における有用性を検討する。もし、本検査においてのみ発症初期段階の症状が観察されれば、早期発見のための評価ツールとして臨床上有用であると考えられる。
