Outline of Research at the Start

近年,パーキンソン病（PD）の歩行障害のメカニズムについては様々な関連因子が提唱されているが,非ドパミン系の要因に関する研究は不十分であり,治療法の確立には至っていない.
本研究では,パーキンソン病の歩行障害と,非ドパミン系症状である「疲労」との関係性を明らかにすることを目的とする.
PD患者に対して疲労負荷を与えた際の歩行障害の変化を観察・分析し,さらに日常生活下における疲労と歩行障害との関連を明確にすることを目指す.
