Outline of Research at the Start

我が国では心不全患者が増加し続けている。心臓リハビリテーションは、心不全パンデミックに対するプログラムの一つとしても重要視されている。心臓リハビリテーションの中でも運動療法は、心臓、血管、運動耐容能や筋力、予後などに有益であるが、メカニズムについては未だ不明な点が多い。抗老化タンパクKlothoは運動により血中レベルが増加することが報告されているが、心臓リハビリテーションによる影響については報告がなく、詳細 不明である。本研究では心臓リハビリテーション施行患者及び心不全・腎不全モデルラットにおける長期的運動によるKlothoへの影響について検証することを目的とする。
