Outline of Research at the Start

同じ運動能力を持っていても、どの行動を選択するかによって発揮されるパフォーマンスは大きく変わる。多くのスポーツで、身体的には劣るベテラン選手が若手に勝つ場面は散見されるが、その背景には意思決定の巧みさが関与する可能性がある。申請者はこれまで運動場面の意思決定の最適性を期待値最大化の観点から検証し、この観点では非合理と考えられる認知バイアスの存在を明らかにしてきた。本研究では、非最適な運動意思決定を生み出す複合要因をひも解き、個人ごとの「伸びしろ」に応じた意思決定トレーニング法を開発するための基礎的知見を得る。
