Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、年齢や運動習慣など個人の特性に応じて変化する「エクサカイン（運動誘導性分泌因子）」の分泌動態を明らかにし、それに基づいた個別化運動処方の開発を目的とする。異なる特性を持つ被験者群を対象に、運動様式・強度ごとの血清を用いたプロテオーム解析や細胞機能解析を行い、エクサカインの生理的役割を多角的に検証することで、加齢や体力差に応じた最適な運動介入法の構築を目指す。
