Outline of Research at the Start

これまで幼児期のコオーディネーション能力の発達的特性は、コオーディネーション能力テストによる測定評価を軸に、運動機能の観点からエネルギー系の運動能力や運動・遊び習慣との関連について検討されてきた。一方、コオーディネーション能力の発達的特性は認知機能の観点から言語や記憶等の発達との関連も示唆されているが、その関係性について十分に解明されていない。そこで、本研究ではこれまでの研究方法に新たに認知機能検査を加えることで、コオーディネーション能力の発達的特性を運動機能、認知機能の両面から検討していく。これらを通して幼児期の運動発達の実情を捉え、運動促進を一層充実するための社会的知見を得ることを目指す。
