Outline of Research at the Start

歌舞伎界は、病い、障がい、加齢などによる健康課題があっても、専門性を発揮し役割を果たしていける主体的な実践知をもつ類まれなコミュニティである。本研究では、定年がなく、身体的、精神的、社会的な負荷がかかり続ける職業である歌舞伎俳優と彼らの舞台を支える人たちを対象とし、インタビュー、質問紙、参与観察などの調査方法を組み合わせ、舞台に関連する健康障害（主に筋骨格系）の発生状況の調べと防止策の検討、ならびに病い、障がい、加齢などによる健康課題や心身の変化が生じながらも職業生活と社会的役割を継続させる職業ならびにコミュニティの実践を構造的に解明し、他のコミュニティへの応用可能性を検討する。
