Outline of Research at the Start	認知症予防に活用が期待される非薬物療法として、認知レジリエンスがある。認知レジリエンスとは、脳内へのアミロイドβ蓄積などの脳病理を有していても認知機能を正常に維持し、認知症発症を抑制する能力のことである。認知レジリエンスには身体活動などの複数の因子が関わるとされている。本研究では、認知レジリエンスに関わる因子が脳へ与える影響について、核磁気共鳴画像法の一つである拡散尖度画像を用いて明らかにする。
