Outline of Research at the Start

運動後、深部体温の高まりや虚血再灌流の影響で腸管は酸化ストレスにさらされ、運動誘発性胃腸障害（下痢や腸粘膜の損傷）を引き起こすことが知られている。しかし、その予防・緩和策で確立したものはない。そこで、本研究では、抗酸化機能を有するβ-Hydroxy β-MethylButyrate (HMB)に注目し、運動誘発性の腸管障害に対して予防・緩和効果を有するか検証していく。
