Outline of Research at the Start

本課題は，申請者がこれまでに明らかにしたサンゴ稚ポリプの骨格形成をリン酸塩が直接阻害すること，石灰質の底質にリン酸塩が吸着し，蓄積している蓄積型リンという知見を元に，「陸域負荷がサンゴの生育に及ぼす影響の実態解明及び陸域負荷低減策の提案」を目的とし，1）蓄積型リンとその他環境要因との関連及び陸域負荷のより詳細な実態解明，2）石灰質の底質に吸着した稚サンゴに悪影響を及ぼす物質の動態把握，3）環境DNA解析を用いた陸域負荷の解明などの3課題を実施する。
