Outline of Research at the Start	本態性振戦はふるえを主症状とし、本邦において有病率の高い疾患である。近年、MRガイド下集束超音波療法による低侵襲外科治療が注目を集めている。しかし、約2割の患者が無効もしくは術後再発するという問題があり、関連する因子は十分に分かっていない。申請者はこれまでに100例を超える手術症例を経験し、術前の正確な診断と手術成績に関連があるのではないかと考えた。そこで本研究では、動画解析ソフトによって術前動画の解析を行い、手術成績と比較することで、手術有効もしくは無効/再発に関連する振戦パターンを明らかにし、手術成績の予測を可能とすることを目的とする。
