Outline of Research at the Start

消化器癌の治療において、癌の伸展範囲や組織性状は、病理組織標本での組織学的な評価を根本とし、臨床検査においては、内視鏡、CT、MRIを用いて間接的に評価される。しかし、検査者の技術や経験、あるいは評価のためには高価な機械や時間を要するため、臨床の現場においてはもっと簡便に検査できる方法が模索されている。本研究は、粘膜の「電気抵抗」に着目した、新しい評価方法を導入するための基盤になる研究である。
