Outline of Research at the Start

授業中の手遊びや会議中のペンいじりなどに見られる無意味な反復運動（fidgeting）は、退屈時に生じやすいが、その発生メカニズムや注意への効果は明らかでない。本研究ではアンケート調査と生理心理学的実験、安静時脳活動計測により、運動発生の条件と注意維持への影響、脳内過程を検証する。さらにマインドフルネス状態との比較を通じて、自己への没頭と外界処理の両立を可能にする「アクティブマインドフルネス」の概念も探る。
