| Outline of Research at the Start |
OSCEのような非言語的な要素を含めた複雑なパフォーマンス評価において、AIが実際にどの程度人間の評価者を代替できるかを検証する。OSCEを実施し、動画データを収集する。その後、「Video Large Language and Vision Assistant」を用いてこれらのデータを分析する。さらに、交差検証を行ってモデルの信頼性を確認する。臨床医からフィードバックを収集してシステムを改良する。改良したモデルをOSCE事例で検証し、最終的に実地テストを行う。これにより、AIシステムの実用性と信頼性を総合的に評価し、臨床現場での適用可能性を検討する。
