Outline of Research at the Start	今日、多くの女性が職業生活と家族生活の両立を目指し、専門職を選択する傾向にある。しかしながら、先行研究では、専門職女性が職業生活と家族生活を実際に両立できているかについて、十分に検討されていない。そこで本研究は、ワークライフバランス理論に基づき、専門職女性の子育てとキャリアについて考察する。
