Outline of Research at the Start

ワクチンの安全対策の根幹をなすのが副反応疑い報告制度であるが、自発報告であることや情報不足に陥りやすい等の限界がある。本研究は、副反応疑い報告制度における報告が真の安全性シグナルを反映したものかを問い、レセプトデータ等を活用した評価方法論の確立を目指す。国内外の研究動向を踏まえ、日本おけるワクチン安全性評価の基礎的エビデンスを提供し、報告制度の適切な解釈・評価方法論に関する知見を通じて、安全性監視体制の強化に貢献する。
