Outline of Research at the Start

ClpP活性化薬の活性向上や、分解薬の膜透過性向上などを検討し、標的タンパク質分解活性の向上を目指す。次に、遺伝性疾患に関連するミトコンドリア局在タンパク質のリガンドを探索し、ClpP活性化薬とのキメラ分子を創製し、この標的タンパク質を分解する低分子を創製する。
