本研究はFLASH放射線治療の保護メカニズム解明を多角的に行うものである。研究ではトランスクリプトミクス、プロテオミクス、リピドミクスを統合したマルチオミクス解析を実施し、さらに空間情報を加味した分析によりFLASH-RTによって温存される特定の肺細胞集団を特定する。既存のLC/MS装置を用いて9Gyの放射線（FLASH-RTまたは従来法）を照射した患者肺サンプルを解析するものである。
