本研究では、医薬品や機能性分子の合成に有用な「光学活性内部アリルアミン」を、効率的かつ高選択的に合成する新しい方法を開発する。ホウ素を隣接位にもつアルケニルリチウム中間体を精密に制御し、光学活性イミンとの反応によって目的の化合物を得る。さらに得られた生成物を活用し、さまざまな光学活性アミンへと展開することで、有機合成分野への応用可能性を広げることを目指す。
