Outline of Research at the Start

This research investigates and contributes scholarship on a relatively understudied group of Japanese history games called 'rekishi monogatari games' by uncovering some of their multimodal ensembles of representation pertaining to pre-modern Japanese forms of fictionalised historical storytelling.
