本研究では、開発した細胞膜を酸化する細胞培養皿を用いることにより、免疫寛容性抗原提示細胞を作製する。この免疫寛容性抗原提示細胞は、重篤なアレルギーや自己免疫疾患に対する細胞医薬として効果を発揮する可能性があり、重篤なアレルギーや自己免疫疾患のモデルマウスを用いてその治療効果を検証する。
