Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to solve the two problems of "huge disaster" and "global warming", as a technology to maximize "connection rate satisfaction" of a large number of people (more than 1 million) who became unable to communicate at the time of a disaster, we proposed and established a fundamental technology of "Disaster Environment Adaptive and Energy Saving Never-die Network". Specifically, we studied and developed ICT technology that allows to grasp the disaster situation autonomously in the event of a disaster and allows multiple people to confirm their safety, while minimizing power consumption. The effectiveness was also shown from some prototype experiments.
