Medical resources are concentrated in cities. Maternity goes to a hospital by long distance travel. Development of an application is necessary to support maternity. Applications provide information and knowledge to maternity by smartphone and cloud technology. Labor records and sharing are also possible. During the development process, medical stuff cooperated.
This study focused on the decrease in the obstetric medical hospital in the area. The decrease in the East area in Hokkaido is remarkable, and maternity needs long distance travel to a city hospital. Some advanced medical centers require distances of 160 km. Education for risk and troubleshooting is necessary for maternity that travels long distances. In this research, the concept of system design was summarized in 2010 and it was carried out for 7 years.
