| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research analyzed the conditions of promoting green management linked with improvement of management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). From the viewpoint of open innovation, knowledge support of external organizations was also focused on. In addition to interview surveys of SMEs engaged in advanced green management, a questionnaire survey for manufacturing SMEs was conducted, on green management, management issues and external support usage. Furthermore, based on the empirical research, the effect of external knowledge support was analyzed from simulation analysis by agent-based modeling. From results of this research, conditions and problems useful for future research and institution design were presented.
