Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed a child-rearing support program aimed at increasing fathers’ and future fathers’ childcare skills and motivating them to participate in childcare through group dialogues, focusing on activities rooted in psycho-educational leadership training programs. We also investigated the results of a variety of programs aimed at parents, such as meetings for fathers, volunteer activities, and children’s groups and parent-child activities implemented by childcare organizations. Furthermore, we developed an index to determine the efficacy of a dialogue-based approach.
