Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Cyberbullying intervention is often difficult because cyberbullying problems are invisible to many parents and teachers. Thus, prevention is more important. The present study focused on an incident antecedent to cyberbullying trouble and examined its perceived severity, confidence to deal, and coping behaviors among children. In addition, we also investigated how classroom climates influence bystanders’ behaviors. Finally, based on research findings, preventative educational program was developed. We delivered this program to three junior high school classrooms in Kashiwa city, Chiba as a moral education class.
