Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Recent studies reported that glucose variability as well as average glucose level might influence on mortality in critically ill patients. However, the mechanism remains still unclear. We established glucose variability beagle model using an artificial pancreas (AP) system. Moreover, this study created glucose variability model and investigated influence of blood glucose level variability on inflammatory cytokines production.
