Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have found that organic nanotubes promoted refolding and thus leading innate activity of peptides when applied to the in-vitro translation reaction of the peptides. The observation was successfully adopted to the in-vitro evolution technology to construct a random peptide library with improved content of active peptides.
