Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Self-Evaluation Checklist was developed as a reflection tool for English language teachers to deliberate on and evaluate their professional competencies. This checklist was used to examine English language teachers’ transformation through action research projects. Results revealed different consequences in their professional competency subcategories. Qualitative analysis on the interview data implied that action research projects influenced a wider range of fields in teacher development that the self-evaluation checklist cannot measure.
