Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aimed to clarify "Kenpo Sosho Ron (constitutional litigation theory)", which was led by Nobuyoshi Ashibe (1923-1999). By returning it in the context of American Constitutional Law jurisprudence, I tried to make clear what it chose and what it did not pick up. Eventually I reached clearer understanding of "Kenpo Sosho Ron".
