This study concludes that risk assessment and management is not directly for offenders' behavior control by professionals but promoting offenders' social inclusion and quality of life. So We have to confirm that offenders can join their risk assessment and management process necessarily, and we must build the network for supporting them to manage their risk.
Also, we found that risk management has to be checked repeatedly by another assessment involved offenders during supporting offenders' social inclusion, because management ways and network should be checked whether current ways and network are suitable for them.
