Outline of Final Research Achievements	The results of research are as follows. First,the perception of fascist leaders about Africa and Arab is "Civilization vs Barbarians",typical of colonialism.Second ,fascist regime intended to use Arab world to oppose to UK and France.Third, the perception of Northern League about Africa and Arab is similar to that of fascism. There is a particular continuity between them,that is the effect of Italian external decolonization.
