Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research was research of management accounting based on Japanese management. It was based on the result of the comparative study of Haier and Kyocera.The management thought focused on an employee was a central philosophy of once Japanese management.I named such a company the "human -oriented company” Moreover, in this research, I decided to consider Japanese management historically. Having inquired initio are the investigation and research of Eiichi Shibusawa's vestige and thought called the father of Japanese capitalism. He has been concerned with establishment of a variety of 500 or more companies to Meiji Era. His philosophy has had influence important for a Japanese manager. And I also considered the management thought and the business management system of Konosuke Matsushita of Panasonic, and Kazuo Inamori of Kyocera and clarified importance of the management through figures which makes management accounting with the management concept which values people.
